Safelisting IPs for external data connections

The current list of Kissflow's outbound static IPs, organized by domain region, for platforms that require IP safelisting before they'll accept a connection.

Safelisting IPs for external data connections

BasicEnterprise

Some external platforms only accept connections from IP addresses you've explicitly trusted. Safelisting Kissflow's outbound IPs in those platforms tells them to treat Kissflow as a trusted source.

Kissflow sends outbound calls — including calls to external platforms from your integrations — through Google Cloud NAT, using a fixed set of reserved static IPs.

Note

Not every platform requires safelisting. Check the external platform's own documentation first — if it doesn't require it, you can skip this page.

Find your account's domain below and safelist the matching IPs.

Important

If you've safelisted every IP above and still see connection failures, you may be missing an IP from a since-superseded list — Kissflow's outbound IP set has changed at least once before (see Enhancing stability with static IP reservations). Contact Kissflow support with your account domain to confirm the exact IPs currently in use.
