Fix blocked or intermittent access to Kissflow by whitelisting the required domains in your firewall and ruling out ISP-level blocks.
Ensuring smooth access to Kissflow
If you can't reach Kissflow, or parts of the product fail to load, the most common causes are a corporate firewall blocking required domains, or an ISP blocking the underlying Amazon or Google infrastructure Kissflow runs on.
Symptom: Kissflow won't load, or loads partially
Pages fail to load, styling or icons are missing, or features like chat support, file picker, or maps don't work — while other websites work fine.
Cause: Your organization's firewall is blocking one or more domains that Kissflow depends on.
Fix: Ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains.
Core application
https://*.kissflow.com— the asterisk (*) whitelists any subdomain ofkissflow.com, which covers your account's own subdomain (for example,https://yourcompany.kissflow.com). If your firewall doesn't support wildcard entries, whitelist your exact account subdomain instead.https://static-cdn1.kissflow.com— static assets.https://www.gstatic.com— subresources for Google-hosted embeds like reCAPTCHA and Google Maps.
Note
Some accounts are served additional static-asset domains depending on your data region (for example, a second CDN host for US accounts, or a kissflow.eu variant for EU accounts). If assets still fail to load after whitelisting the domains above, check with your Kissflow contact for the exact CDN domain for your account's region.

Note
If you previously whitelisted https://app.posthog.com for product analytics, update it to https://us.i.posthog.com — Kissflow now sends this traffic through PostHog's regional ingestion host.
If your account uses the Kissflow App Store, also check with your IT team whether appstore.us.kissflow.store and resource.us.kissflow.store need to be whitelisted separately, since these can be served from a different environment than your main account domain.
Symptom: Kissflow is unreachable even with domains whitelisted
Cause: Your ISP may be blocking the underlying Amazon or Google cloud infrastructure that Kissflow's servers run on, rather than blocking Kissflow's domains directly.
Fix: Try accessing Kissflow over a VPN. If Kissflow loads normally through the VPN, ask your ISP to unblock Amazon and Google server ranges, or continue using a VPN as a workaround.
