Important information: Intermittent access issues due to security challenges

Kissflow's network-level security layer occasionally blocks requests before they reach the application, causing pages to fail to load or actions to fail. Here's why, and what to do about it.

You may occasionally experience access issues in Kissflow due to network-level security checks on certain domains.

What happens

Kissflow uses a network-level security layer to protect against malicious traffic and automated attacks. As part of this, incoming requests can be subjected to challenge mechanisms, such as browser validation or traffic inspection.

When a challenge fails, the request is blocked before it reaches Kissflow. This can cause the application to not load, or an action to fail, without a clear error message.

What this means for you

  • Pages may fail to load or appear unresponsive.
  • Certain actions may not complete successfully.
  • These issues can occur intermittently, depending on network conditions, IP reputation, or security policies.

What you can do

Note

Try these steps in order.

  1. Refresh the page to retry the request.
  2. Disable any VPN or proxy that may be affecting request routing.
  3. Ask your IT team to review your network or firewall configuration.
  4. If the issue persists, contact Kissflow support.
