Why does the kanban status count or the connected-items counter show the wrong number?

Short answer: Refresh the page first. In reported cases the count was right after a reload. If it stays wrong, report it to Kissflow support.

Why it happens

• The kanban count has sometimes counted connected process items, or an item still being created.
• These are display issues that Kissflow fixes on its side. No setting controls them.

How to fix it

1. Refresh the page and check the count again.
2. If you're reading a connected-items counter such as 1/3: the first number is completed items and the second is the total.
3. If the count is still wrong, contact Kissflow support. Include the board URL and say whether an integration creates or moves items on the board.
