Short answer: No. Processes don't have CSV import or bulk submit. Import the data into a board first, then use an integration to create a process item for each board item.
Why it happens
- CSV import is available for datasets, dataforms and boards, but not for process items.
How to fix it
To create process items from a spreadsheet:
-
Save the spreadsheet as a UTF-8 CSV.
-
Import it into a board that has matching fields. Click the arrow next to New item and select Import CSV. See importing items from a CSV file.

-
Create an integration with a Kissflow Board trigger, When an item is created.
-
Add a Kissflow Process action, Create and submit a new item, and map the board fields to the process fields.
-
Test the action, then turn on the integration.
The Kissflow Process connector also has a Create and submit items in bulk action that creates and submits several items in one run.
To load reference data instead, such as a list of contracts or employees:
- Convert the Excel file to CSV.
- In the dataset, click Import CSV and map the columns.
- Choose to add only new rows if you don't want existing rows updated.
See importing data into a dataset. When you create a new dataset, Import data from other sources also accepts CSV, XLSX or XLS files of up to 10,000 rows. See creating a dataset.
