Fix
Short answer: Kissflow's network security layer challenges traffic when your domain sends many failing requests. Find and fix whatever is sending them, and the challenge stops.
Why it happens
- Many requests that return 401, 403 or 405 errors, such as calls from an integration or script with bad credentials, trigger a challenge for your domain.
- The rule is global and can't be changed for one account.
- Network conditions, IP reputation, a VPN or a proxy can also cause intermittent challenges for one user.
How to fix it
- Check integrations, scripts and API clients for failing calls, such as expired keys or wrong URLs. Fix or pause them.
- For a single user, refresh the page first. Then try a different network or browser, and turn off any VPN or proxy.
- Ask IT to review the firewall and confirm the Kissflow domains are allowed. See ensuring smooth access to Kissflow.
- If it continues for one user only, contact Kissflow support.
