Fix
Short answer: A process listed on someone's Explore page doesn't give them access. If they open it without permission, they can't see the process or its data.
Why it happens
- The user, a group they belong to, or the Everyone group may still be a member of the process.
- If the user was added to the process earlier and later removed, it can still show for a while.
How to fix it
- Open the process and click Manage > Share.
- Check the member list for the user, any group they belong to, and Everyone. Every user is in Everyone, so sharing with it shares with the whole account.
- Remove any assignment that shouldn't be there. If access comes through a group, remove the group from the process, or remove the user from the group in Group management. See managing process members.
- Ask the user to open the process. If they still have access, contact Kissflow support.
