Short answer: No. Installable apps from the App Store are ready-made and you use them as they are. They can't be moved to the development environment for editing. For a version shaped to your needs, enquire about a provisional app or ask Kissflow's Professional Services team.
Why it happens
- Installable apps deploy straight to your live account as ready-made apps.
- An app can be installed only once per account.
How to fix it
If the App Store offers a provisional version:

Open the Kissflow App Store.

Hover over the app card and click Enquire.

Fill in the features you need and your team size, then click Submit. Kissflow's support team follows up to understand your needs, then deploys a customized version to your account.
If you need changes to an installed app:
- Contact Kissflow's Professional Services team. Customization is a paid service.
- Or build your own app shaped around your process.
Important
Only Super Admins can install App Store apps, and installation can't be stopped once confirmed.
