Building integrations

Where did Integrations go? I can't find the Integration menu or my connections

Find integrations and connections under Explore > Managed by me > Integrations; create new ones from Create > Integration.

How-to

Short answer: Integrations now live on the Explore page. Open Explore > Managed by me > Integrations to see them and their connections.

Why it happens

  • The integration screens moved into Explore. The new layout doesn't change how your existing integrations run.
  • Integrations inside an app are managed from the app, not from Explore.

How to fix it

To find an existing integration:

  1. Click Explore in the left navigation panel.
  2. Go to Managed by me > Integrations. Managed by me lists integrations you created or take part in.
  3. If you're an Account Admin, check Others for every integration in the account, including ones you aren't a collaborator on.

To create an integration, use either route:

  1. Click Create > Integration.
  2. Or click Explore > Create and choose Integration under Create from scratch.

To find your connections:

  1. Go to Explore > Managed by me > Integrations > Connections. Click New connection here to add one.
  2. If a connection is missing from the dropdown inside the integration editor, check this list. The dropdown shows only a limited number of connections.

For integrations inside an app, open the app in production and go to Manage > Integrations. You'll find the integration list, connections and run history there. To edit them, click Edit app and go to Logic > Integration in the app builder.

See managing integrations, creating an integration and managing integrations in apps.

Important

The integration screen shows its collaborators but not who created it.
