Fix
Short answer: Errors such as "Unhandled server error", settings you can't click, or fields that are editable when they shouldn't be usually come from a stale browser cache. Clear it and try again.
Why it happens
- Your browser keeps old files after a fix ships.
- Some errors are platform issues that Kissflow fixes on its side.
- A few come from one process's own configuration.
How to fix it
- Clear your browser cookies and cache, then sign in again.
- Try the same action in an incognito or private window.
- If Simulate won't start, check any conditions you added for initiators, then try again in incognito.
- If the error happens in only one process, contact Kissflow support. Send the process URL and the exact action that fails, for example publishing or adding a step.
Important
If the cause is a platform issue, clearing the cache won't help until Kissflow releases the fix.
