Fix
Short answer: Enter your full account domain on the sign-in screen and update the app. If it still fails, use Kissflow in your phone's browser or install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
Why it happens
- The sign-in screen needs your account domain, as well as your email.
- An outdated app version can fail to sign in.
- An SSO setup problem on your identity provider's side.
How to fix it
- On the sign-in screen, enter your full account domain, for example
yourcompany.kissflow.com. - Update the mobile app to the latest version.
- If you sign in with SSO and it still fails, ask your IT team to check the SSO configuration.
- As a fallback, open
https://<accountname>.kissflow.comin your phone's browser, or install the PWA:- Android: open the URL in Chrome or Firefox, tap the menu and select Add to Home screen > Add. See Android devices.
- iOS: open the URL in Safari, tap the share icon and select Add to Home Screen > Add. See iOS devices.
Tip
On iOS, install the PWA from Safari. iOS doesn't let Chrome add it to the home screen.
