Can I reorder report columns, see all dropdown values in filters, or rename the All Items report?

Short answer: You can drag columns to reorder and resize them in a tabular report. Filters list only values that appear in items, and the All Items report can't be renamed or deleted.

Why it happens

• Filter value lists are built from your data, not from the field's configured options.
• All Items is a default report that Kissflow generates for every process.

How to fix it

To reorder or resize columns:

1. Open the report and click Edit.
2. Drag and drop fields to change their order.
3. Drag a column's edge to change its width.

To filter on a dropdown value that no item uses yet:

1. Expect it to be missing from the list. Report filters show only values that appear in at least one item.

To use a different name than All Items:

1. Click + Create report, choose Table, and give it the name you want. You can configure All Items, but you can't rename or delete it. See All Items report.
