How-to
Short answer: Kissflow doesn't number table rows 1, 2, 3 for you. Every row has a unique system ID, and you can build a readable ID from the row's creation time.
Why it happens
- Each row gets a unique system ID when it's added. It works as a key, but it isn't easy to read.
- There's no system field for a sequential row number.
How to fix it
- In the table, add a Text column and turn on Is this a computed field?.
- Build the ID from
_created_at, which inside a table holds the time the row was created. See system fields. For example:concatenate(_created_at.year().toText(), _created_at.month().toText(), _created_at.day().toText()) - Add more date or time parts until the ID is unique enough for you.
To tie rows to their item, combine a sequence number field from the main form with the row value, using Parent.Sequence_field. A sequence number field can't be added inside a table, so it has to live in a section.
