Tip
Short answer: Create an integration with a Kissflow Process trigger and the Google Sheets Create a spreadsheet action. Each time an item completes its workflow, a new spreadsheet is created for it.
When to use this
Use this when each approved item needs its own sheet. For example, a sales team tracks every approved client proposal in a separate spreadsheet, without anyone making one by hand.
Set it up
- Click Create in the left navigation panel and select Integration.
- Enter a name and description, and click Create.
- Add the Kissflow Process trigger When an item completes its workflow, select your process, and click Test trigger. See the Kissflow Process connector.
- Click the Add button, search for Google Sheets, and select Create a spreadsheet.
- Click +Add an account and sign in with Google.
- Map the spreadsheet title from the trigger fields, for example the proposal name. You can also add headers.
- Click Test to check the action.
- Turn on the toggle to activate the integration.
See the Google Sheets connector for all actions.
Tip
The action can create a blank spreadsheet or duplicate an existing one, so you can start each sheet from a template.
