Can I customize the columns, statuses or search in My Items, My Tasks or Participated?

Short answer: Inside a single process, use Show/hide fields to choose the columns. For several statuses at once, or for search, build a report with the filters you need and add it to the page.

Why it happens

• The process lists support column choice, search and filters, but the global My items and My tasks views don't support Show/hide fields.
• The My items table component accepts only one status at a time.

How to fix it

To change columns in a process list:

1. Open the process and go to the tab you want, such as Created by me or Assigned items.
2. Click Show/hide fields and pick the fields to show.

1. Create a report on the process with status or advanced filters.
2. Add the report to the app page, or share it with the right roles.
